Affecting System - Billing portal

Starting at 4 PM Eastern time on Saturday January 11th we will be performing planned maintenance on our billing portal my.avalonsites.com. There will be a brief outage to the billing portal (30 minutes maximum) while upgrades are applied but no other side effects are expected. All web-hosting and email services will be unaffected. This maintenance will improve security and add new features to our services.

Certain system processes stopped responding due to a system overload caused by a high volume of incoming spam emails. Once the incoming spam attack was blocked, a system reboot was necessary to bring back all services to running at 100%.

Starting at 11 PM EST on Saturday November 23rd we will be performing planned maintenance on our Linux servers. Users on this server may experience a brief outage while the server is rebooted but no other side effects are expected. This maintenance will add new system resources that will speed up website load times and decrease latency.

Starting at 10 PM EST on Friday November 1st we will be performing planned maintenance on our Linux servers. Users on some servers may experience a brief outage (30 minutes maximum) of web services only while the Apache services are restarted, but no other side effects are expected. This maintenance will improve security and add new features to our services.
